We all strive for that mental state where we are unstoppable. You save every goal, you run faster than every opponent, and you hit every shot. This state is often described as being "in the zone". While we strive to do this every time we compete it is impossible to have your "best performance" every competition. Dr. Roche works with athletes to help create the best environment for success and optimize potential to play "in the zone".
